Jenifer L. Matula
Jenifer is founder of Feeladay, a business that helps experienced executives and new managers become inspiring leaders for the benefit of the people who work for them.
Weighed down by life on airplanes and endless work weeks in a fast-growing business, Jenifer took a 6-month sabbatical for the space to evaluate a new opportunity. At the time, she was head of a Marketing organization in professional services and had responsibility for hundreds of people. Backed by an incredible team of marketing executives, Jenifer went on sabbatical confident Marketing was in good hands. And, it was. What she didn’t anticipate were the numbers of phone calls looking for help about people challenges. “How to handle an abusive business leader?” “How to cover a business when 40% of a team is out on maternity/paternity leave at the same time?” And most often cited … “How to inspire a team that was overworked and exhausted?” She continued to get calls about complicated people situations.
That is the genesis of Feeladay. Jenifer works with executives and new managers in organizations that place a premium on creating a healthy work environment.
Prior to Feeladay, Jenifer was Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer for a “Big Four” global consulting firm. Prior to that, she was Senior Product Manager for one of the earliest online billing systems, and was Head of Market and Competitive Intelligence for a large media company.
