Pro Bono Work
First-time people managers face many new challenges, and often take on these new responsibilities without any formal training. Unfortunately, those who suffer are the people who report to them. For people new to managing people, we dedicate a few pro bono hours each month to help get them on a path to inspiring leadership worth emulating.

By the Hour
In the normal course of business, situations can come out of nowhere that create immediate business problems or challenges that have far-reaching consequences. We can help on a transactional basis and serve as an experienced sounding board or advisor to help executives and managers navigate a specific situation.
Fee: $250 / hour

Monthly Retainer
During times when a business is experiencing fast growth, merging with or acquiring new businesses, or going through large organizational change, the most experienced executives and managers can struggle to effectively lead their teams through the complexities. We offer a monthly retainer when help is needed longer term.
